BOOK ORDERING INFORMATION

Carolrhoda, Lerner and Twenty-First Century Books may be ordered for autographing purposes at author visits by calling 800-328-4921, then press 2 for Customer Service. Please call only Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. You can also fax orders to 1-800-332-1132 or contact Carolrhoda at: custserve@lernerbooks.com. Be sure to tell them the books are for an author appearance in a school or library in order to be eligible for the following discounts:

You'll also be charged 7% of the total for shipping charges (but check with Carolrhoda to see if you can get free shipping if you order a certain number of books). Books are fully returnable, but the school or library will be responsible for return shipping charges. Ask their Customer Service representative if you must return books within a limited number of days. Usually, books must be returned within 60 days of purchase or 30 days within the date of the author visit.

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the books. Be sure to open the boxes immediately to make sure you received the correct books and that they are undamaged. Should you receive any damaged or unwanted books, please contact Customer Service within 30 days and they will replace the book(s) or credit your account.
