BOOK ORDERING INFORMATION

Knowledge Industries is a distributor who can take orders for any children's trade books and offer a number of services. For book orders placed for author visits, they offer the following terms:

OPTION ONE : You may order books at the list price for the visit, then return as many as you like (all of them if necessary) and Knowledge Industries pay for shipping the books to you as well as return shipping charges. UPS call tags would arrive with the books.

OPTION TWO : You may order books at a 20% discount off the list price, but if you are returning books, you may only return up to 5 books and you must also pay for return shipping. If you wish to take advantage of this order, we encourage you to send order forms home with your students so the parents and children can pick which books they wish to purchase, then order that precise number of books, plus a couple extra in case you have a couple of last minute orders. This option requires advance planning, but you would save money on ordering books.

RETURN POLICY: All books may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for full credit. All returns must be shipped in clean unmarked condition.

PURCHASE ORDERS: Purchase orders are welcome and must be signed by an authorized agent or supervisor on proper institutional or school letterhead or form.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment terms are Net 30 days.

BOOK BINDING AND PRODUCT LIFETIME GUARANTEE: All products sold by Knowledge Industries are and will always be covered by a lifetime guarantee due to normal use. Proof of purchase is required for replacement.
