"Read Across America Library Books Awards"  - The NEA Foundation offers this award and their purpose is to help public schools serving economically disadvantaged students purchase books for school libraries. The foundation makes these $5,000 awards on behalf of the National Education Association (NEA), with generous support from Warner Brothers, Inc.  The applicant must be a member of the NEA.  Applications are accepted only as email attachments and can be found, along with further inforamtion, at http://www.neafoundation.org
